We are much more than just a ski and snowboard club. We are an adventure club. We plan trips of all types for people of all ages and a variety of interests. Recent trips include an Alaskan Cruise, a week in Costa Rica, whitewater rafting in Tennessee and West Virginia among many others. Whether you are a skier, snowboarder or prefer to stay out of the snow, we have an adventure for you.

Costa Rica - December 2021

Our trip to Costa Rica was an amazing adventure for 19 Nomads. Our week began in La Fortuna, Costa Rica at Hotel Lomas Del Volcan. During our time here we went hiking around the property, took a hanging bridges tour, saw waterfalls, explored town and had an amazing evening at the Tabacon Hot Springs. We took 2 single engine planes from La Fortuna to Quepos for the second half of our voyage. Here we saw a lot of wildlife including monkeys, birds and a close up view of a sloth. We took a hiking tour in Manuel Antonio State Park and went zip-lining while we were here.

Ocoee River Trip - Ducktown, TN - 2021

A fantastic long weekend of whitewater rafting, hanging out with great friends and lots of food and drinks. We rented 4 big cabins in the mountains of Southeast Tennessee and got to go rafting on one of the best rivers in the US. The Olympic section was a thrill and our guides were phenomenal. After the rafting trip a group of us went to Nashville for live music and dancing for 2 days.
